Shipping policy

Shipping

Every order ships from our place in Cumming, Georgia. We pack and ship six days a week.

What it costs

• Free shipping on orders over $35.
• $5.95 flat rate on orders under $35.

How long it takes

• Orders placed before 2pm Eastern usually go out the same day. Otherwise the next business day.
• Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days by USPS Ground Advantage.
• Anything heavy or urgent may go Priority Mail at our cost, which is usually 1 to 3 days.
• You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed.

Special orders

If you want something we do not have on the shelf, ask us. We can usually get it from our suppliers. Special orders take up to two weeks to arrive with us before they ship on to you, and we will tell you that up front on the invoice.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

What we cannot ship

We do not ship live bait, frozen bait, or rods. Live and frozen bait will not survive the trip, and rods need special packaging that costs more than the rod. Those are in-person only.

If something goes wrong

If a package is lost, damaged or never turns up, email superiorbaitntackle@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
